We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges.

To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a refund for the original purchase and placing a new order while your refund is being processed.

Return Process

• Australian orders: A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and logistics. Shipping fees are non-refundable as the service has already been fulfilled.
  
• International orders: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using a tracked service.

Our warehouse team operates out of Melbourne, Australia during business hours from Monday to Friday - excluding Victorian public holidays and weekends.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to dispatch.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office on imported goods.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Naeon Clo in order to receive a refund.
