Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we offer a 21 (twenty one) day period for exchanges and/or returns.
Please note that in order to accept a returned item for refund / exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all accompanying tags / packaging.
If you wish to exchange an item, it is recommended that you request a refund for the original order, then place an additional order while waiting for your refund.
Return Process
For Australian orders, we'll deduct a $15 return fee from your refund to cover processing and logistics. We also don't refund shipping costs, as these services have already been carried out. For international orders, you'll arrange return shipping at your own cost using a tracked service.

Our warehouse team operates out of Melbourne, Australia during business hours from Monday to Friday - excluding Victorian public holidays and weekends.
Please allow 1 - 2 days for your order to dispatch.

Duties & Taxes
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office on imported goods.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Naeon Clo in order to receive a refund.
