Duties & Taxes

International shipping costs do not include taxes or duties applied by your local customs office. Any customs duties, foreign taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Should you refuse to pay duties or taxes and the order is held by customs, it is your responsibility to arrange for the order to be returned to Naeon before a refund can be issued. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested outside this window will not be accepted.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your return reaches our warehouse.

Australian Returns

A flat return handling fee of $15 AUD will be deducted from your refund. We will provide a prepaid Australia Post return label upon approval of your return request.

International Returns

Customers outside Australia are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
