Please allow an additional 1 - 2 business days for dispatching, note that the supplied shipping periods are from dispatch and do not include weekends or public holidays. Dispatching may take longer during special releases and major holidays due to a higher volume of orders.

Free — All local orders to Australian addresses receive free express shipping.
Delivery Times
Metro Regions — 1 to 4 business days.
Rural Regions — 2 to 6 business days.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
All orders sent with Auspost can be tracked here with the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 48 hours, please check your spam folder in your mailbox. If it still has not been received, please contact us at customercare@naeonclo.com.
Unclaimed Packages
Parcels that have been attempted to be delivered but unclaimed by the customer within the allocated time frame will generally be returned to us by your local postal service. In this situation, the customer will be liable for shipping charges. Once the parcel is returned to our team, a gift card to the value of the order items minus the original shipping cost will be issued to the customer which may be used to repurchase the order.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that Naeon is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes on international sales. If you reject a parcel due to unexpected customs and import charges, we reserve the right to withhold the cost of shipping your parcel each way when we complete your refund.
