Returns

Service is one of the most important things to us.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we offer a 30 (thirty) day grace period for you to see how our product fits with you and your wardrobe.

We also offer a 30 (thirty) day warranty period on all items. It covers the rare circumstance where there may be an unexpected fault with our product. Should you come across this circumstance, please contact us so we can resolve it.

In most cases, the item is sent back to us for us to fix, however in the unfortunate case that we are unable to, we will replace it with a new item or with store e-credit.

General

Returns Policy
  • All returns need to be mailed back within 30 (thirty) days of the date of delivery.
  • Items must be received unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • The sale of gift cards are final. Strictly no returns will be accepted.
  • While we accept exchanges, it is highly encouraged that you purchase the intended exchange item while waiting for your previous item to be returned - you will receive your new items quicker and save time rather than waiting for your initial item to be returned
  • If you so choose, you may have your refund issued as store e-credit for your return which you may use to repurchase a different item.
  • We do our best to accept all items that are returned to us. However, in the event that an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy above, the return will be made at our discretion.

Each item is in limited supply, and following our requirements helps give our clothes a second chance to be hygienically owned and proudly worn by the other members of our community rather than being clothing waste.

We appreciate your efforts in helping us move towards a future of more conscious clothing consumption.

How to return

If you've purchased a product and wish to return it due to incorrect sizing or change of mind, please follow the following steps:

  1. Ensure your item matches our returns criteria:
    • Item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all accompanying tags / packaging
    • Current date is within the 30 (thirty) days since date of arrival to your address
  2. Contact us at customercare@naeonclo.com and let us know your:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Email used to purchase the order
    • Address
    • The item(s) to be returned

    and we will create a return shipping label for you to print and stick onto the outside of your package.

  3. Seal your returns package securely and print out the returns shipping label and stick it onto the outside of the package.
  4. Post your return. (Depending on which carrier is receiving your package, you may have to drop it off at a post office or the carrier will pick up the package from your address.)

Once the return has been received and accepted by our team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. If you prefer, we may also issue your refund as store e-credit.

All returns shipping costs are free, regardless of your location - we wish to make your step to owning one of our products as easy as possible.
